Refund
All payments made by the Customer for purchases through this platform are eligible for a refund, provided that the order is cancelled by the Customer in writing prior to the shipment of the product, Cancellation must be made with valid reasons before Coway admin schedules the installation appointment date by phone call.
Upon receiving such request, Coway will process the refund within 14 to 30 working days to the bank account information provided during registration. Please note that while the product price and taxes will be refunded, any other logistics charges incurred will not be refunded (if applicable).
